Transcript
A finished agent run still needs a decision about the work. Review the change against its original acceptance criterion.
Identify the exact revision and keep the reviewed checkout stable. A moving diff makes findings harder to trust.
Read the changed files, rather than relying on the agent's summary. Check the required behavior and unintended scope.
Inspect the relevant checks and their actual output on this revision. Keep failures and untested cases visible.
A second agent can investigate a defined review question. Evaluate its findings; no findings does not prove correctness.
Accept the inspected change, request a specific revision, or name the blocker. Record who owns the next action.
A review result does not itself authorize a merge or deployment. Follow the project's release rules after acceptance.
Educational diagrams with synthesized English narration. Captions are included in the picture; the optional caption track repeats the same text.
